1. 14-Day Right of Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Kirana Immune Select order to return it for a full refund. This applies regardless of the delivery date within the return window. No questions asked on unopened, unused products.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return and refund, your product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The bottle must be unopened and sealed in its original condition
- All original packaging and documentation must be included
- The product was purchased directly from Recoverforce
- The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery
Food Safety Notice: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return your order, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions and a return address
- Ship your unopened product back to us (prepaid label if applicable)
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed

4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (COD refund will be processed via check or account credit). Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will provide you with a return shipping address and may supply a prepaid return label if the return is due to our fault.
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered, you may do so at no charge by contacting our customer service team immediately. Once the package has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation is not possible, but you may refuse delivery or initiate a return upon receipt.
7. Refusal of Delivery
You may refuse delivery of your package upon arrival. If you refuse delivery, the product will be returned to us at no cost to you, and a full refund will be issued. Please note that the courier may require a signature or confirmation of refusal.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Damaged products do not need to be returned in unopened condition.
9. Exceptions to Returns
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used bottles
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Products returned after the 14-day window
10. Restocking or Inspection Fees
There are no restocking fees, inspection fees, or hidden charges for returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
